Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, with a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, from initial consultation through trial, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. On-site only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Interact with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal advice
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases
• Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, including jury selection and witness preparation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Trial experience is a plus
