Salary range: $115,000-$135,000 contingent on experience
Commission on settled litigation cases
Medical insurance paid 100% by employer

State-of-the-art onsite office with collaborative legal and support staff Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Three or more years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience
Strong working knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
Experience drafting demands, motions, and discovery responses
Ability to analyze medical records and identify case value and exposure
Excellent legal writing, research, and attention to detail
Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to long-term career growth Responsibilities
Managing a full personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial
Drafting and negotiating pre-suit demands with insurance carriers
Communicating directly with clients regarding case strategy, medical treatment, and resolution
Conducting depositions and preparing witnesses and experts
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and motion responses
Coordinating with medical and industry experts for reports and testimony
Driving litigation strategy to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
