Strong academic credentials and law firm training
Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex litigation
Technical background or prior exposure to IP-intensive technologies
Active admission to the New Jersey Bar or eligibility to waive in Responsibilities: Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery in patent litigation matters
Assisting with case strategy, legal research, and claim analysis
Participating in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborating with partners and senior associates on complex IP disputes
Managing case responsibilities efficiently while meeting litigation deadlines
