Established (15 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Mid-Level Patent Litigation Attorney for Patent Litigation in Silicon Valley, CA or Washington D.C. An established firm based in Silicon Valley/D.C. with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Mid-Level Patent Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with patent litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $220,000-$300,000, contingent on experience

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California or D.C. or eligible for admission.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in patent litigation.
Candidates must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Candidates must have experience managing discovery, drafting motions, and supporting depositions and hearings.
Candidates must have a technical background or familiarity with complex technologies.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based litigation environment. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will support all phases of patent litigation, including drafting motions, preparing claim construction briefs, and managing fact and expert discovery.
The Attorney will work closely with partners and experts to develop case strategy.
The Attorney will participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
The Attorney will conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to complex intellectual property issues.
The Attorney will contribute to client communications and ensure timely execution of case-related tasks.
