Patent Agent - Artificial Intelligence and Software

Salary Range: $100K - $200K, plus full benefits, depending on experience, technical background, and location.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Patent Agent with experience in Artificial Intelligence or Software, ideally with exposure to natural language processing. This role focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications for advanced technologies in a fast paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:
-Draft patent applications for filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office
-Evaluate the underlying technology of new inventions
-Support patent prosecution strategy and respond to USPTO office actions
-Prepare technical analyses and written opinions
-Assist with client counseling and portfolio strategy
- Provide technical support for litigation and other IP matters
 

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-USPTO registration number
-Prior patent prosecution experience
-Professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or Software (NLP experience preferred)
