What You'll Be Doing
- Leading crews on sitework and excavation projects across CT
- Coordinating with mechanics, truck drivers, and supervisors daily
- Managing deliveries, paperwork, and FMCSR compliance
- Operating equipment and ensuring safety is never compromised
- Reading plans, solving problems, and keeping the job moving
What You Bring
- 5 years of civil construction experience (10 preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Familiarity with FMCSR regulations and DOT Medical Card
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- P7 or P6 license is a plus, but not required
You'll work directly with the ownership and help lead interesting projects.
