Position Overview
We are seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead from the front. This is a true player/coach role responsible for driving personal revenue while leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers across the region.
The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for both their own production and the performance of their team - building pipelines, winning new business and establishing a high-performance sales culture.
A requirement to be successful in this role is a strong background within restoration or adjacent industries such as facilities management, insurance, construction, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching to a team of Business Development Managers
- Drive accountability through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews and regular 1 on 1s
- Set clear activity expectations and performance standards
- Prospect and close new commercial accounts
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting and CRM discipline across the region
- Help shape territory strategy, market priorities and growth plans
Qualifications
- Proven background in field sales and commercial account management
- Prior sales team management and development experience
- Experience within restoration, facilities management, construction, insurance or related industries
- Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Strong leadership presence with hands-on, lead-by-example mindset
