Job Title: Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Work Environment: Remote Field Sales travel to Portsmouth office as-needed
Salary: $105K-$115K Commission Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to lead from the front. This is a true player/coach role responsible for driving personal revenue while leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers across the region.

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for both their own production and the performance of their team - building pipelines, winning new business and establishing a high-performance sales culture.

A requirement to be successful in this role is a strong background within restoration or adjacent industries such as facilities management, insurance, construction, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching to a team of Business Development Managers
  • Drive accountability through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews and regular 1 on 1s
  • Set clear activity expectations and performance standards
  • Prospect and close new commercial accounts
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting and CRM discipline across the region
  • Help shape territory strategy, market priorities and growth plans

Qualifications

  • Proven background in field sales and commercial account management
  • Prior sales team management and development experience
  • Experience within restoration, facilities management, construction, insurance or related industries
  • Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Strong leadership presence with hands-on, lead-by-example mindset
