Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Perform tool setup and adjustments to optimize machining processes.
- Conduct precision measurements and quality control checks on finished products.
- Maintain equipment to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Implement manufacturing processes that enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that arise during production.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques.
- Experience with grinding and other manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
