Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Communicate regularly with clients and team members regarding project status and updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling, quality assurance, and contract management is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Connest, McCormick, Accubid, Esub, Procore is desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and telecommunications is beneficial.
