Maintenance Manager
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our plant. This role ensures all equipment and facilities run efficiently to support production goals. You'll manage a skilled team of technicians and collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring and training
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to minimize downtime
- Inspect equipment and facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- 5 years of maintenance management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
