Experience with direct-fulfillment (drop shipping) through Amazon, Walmart and other major retailers
Retail scorecard experience (Plus)
Proficiency in Excel and reporting, with the ability to analyze logistics data and performance metrics
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency
Collaborate with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound flow
Monitor and report on performance data, retail scorecards, and fulfillment accuracy across key accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, Wayfair)
Support direct-fulfillment operations including drop shipping and returns processing
Travel quarterly to Houston for warehouse reviews and team coordination
