What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients while developing and executing case strategy.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and oversee all phases of discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and appear at hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Mentor and support less experienced attorneys as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Play an active role in complex litigation matters and trial preparation.

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
• 5 years of civil litigation experience preferred, though accomplished litigators at various levels will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and lead litigation strategy.
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset with an interest in long-term career growth and firm involvement.
