Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, a passion for advocating for clients, and the ability to handle complex cases with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support personal injury cases
- Represent clients in court during trials and depositions
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing counsel
- Collaborate with experts and witnesses to build strong cases
- Maintain an organized case file management system
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases
- Jurist Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
- Strong trial and deposition experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes
- Strong research and writing skills
