We’re growing and seeking a motivated **Litigation Attorney** (2–10 years of experience) who is eager to take ownership of cases, hone their trial skills, and build lasting client relationships. **What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage litigation matters from intake through resolution (with mentorship available if you’re ready to step into case ownership)
- Develop strategic case plans and drive successful outcomes
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, motions, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals
- Draft high-impact pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Negotiate favorable settlements and guide clients through mediation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering clear, strategic counsel
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar
- 2–10 years of litigation experience OR a strong desire and demonstrated aptitude to excel in litigation
- Exceptional persuasive writing skills (a must)
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
- High motivation and commitment to becoming an outstanding attorney
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
