Established (35 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Litigation and Insurance Defense Matters in Houston, Texas
Offer
Salary range: $115,000-$165,000 , contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
Three years of experience handling civil litigation or insurance defense matters
Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced litigation environment
Strong client communication skills and professional judgment
Responsibilities
Defend clients in civil and insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk exposure and resolution options
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver efficient and effective client service
Manage active caseloads while meeting court deadlines and client expectations
