The Lead Technical Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's technical infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of network systems. This role will lead a team of technical professionals, implement new technologies, and maintain existing systems to support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical administration team to ensure efficient network operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN and WAN networks to support organizational needs.
- Manage and configure servers, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure security and performance.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure and M365 services, to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical administrator role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including LAN and WAN.
- Experience with server management and firewall configuration.
- Proficient in Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
