Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal while considering environmental sustainability and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape design concepts and plans based on client requirements and site assessments.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and functional outdoor spaces.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
- Conduct site analysis and prepare landscape plans that meet zoning and permitting regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Provide guidance and support during the construction process to ensure quality and compliance with design intent.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect certification required.
- Proven experience in landscape design, planning, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, site planning, and landscape construction methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
