You'll work closely with senior engineers and project managers to learn and contribute to all phases of site development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
- Support feasibility studies and site investigations under guidance.
- Help with stormwater management design and basic hydrologic/hydraulic calculations.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants as needed.
- Contribute to drafting construction documents and cost estimates.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with permitting processes and attend occasional project meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in civil/site design or internships in land development.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar design software; willingness to learn advanced tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and stormwater modeling concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
