Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience
- Revit
- Hospitality/hotel or large scale living project experience(multifamily, senior living, dorms....etc)
- NCIDQ is a plus
- Lead the conceptual development of interior design projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee multiple interior design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Serve as the primary interior design contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
- Develop detailed interior design documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architectural teams to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall building design.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
