- Advocate for clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with clients and insurance professionals to resolve coverage issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in insurance law
- Jurisdictions license to practice law
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Strong understanding of commercial, auto, umbrella, excess, and liability insurance
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
