Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions for aftermarket needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently.
- Prepare and present technical product information and quotes to clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce and SAP.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge in thermal processing and extrusion would be a bonus.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software, specifically Salesforce and SAP.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI would be a bonus.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor or Solidworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
