Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create sales presentations, reports, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 yrs in inside B2B sales 
  • Experience in the metals industry (aluminum, stainless steel...)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful sales outcomes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales accurately and plan accordingly.
