- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce and Power BI for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Provide insights on tariffs and pricing strategies to optimize profit margins.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of inside sales processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI for sales and data analytics.
- Understanding of tariffs and pricing strategies in a manufacturing context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
