Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting efforts.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to close sales deals and achieve targets.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
- Technical Degree preferred but not required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated success in account management and building lasting client relationships.
- The desire to transition from an inside sales role to an outside sales role.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer information.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
