Industrial Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee and coordinate industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and manage project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project estimating and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent estimating skills and experience in budget management.
• Familiarity with industrial construction regulations and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
