What You Will Be Doing
As The Maintenance Supervisor, You Will
- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training supervise maintenance staff
Requirements
- 5 years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
- 2 years Supervisory experience
- Ability to have a flexible schedule (1st and 2nd shifts, periodic weekend work on major projects)
- Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
- Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
