Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location: North Las Vegas
Job Salary: $77,000-$110,000 (based on experience)
Shift: ~7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You Will Be DoingAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training supervise maintenance staff
Requirements:
1.) 5 years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.) 2 years Supervisory experience
3.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
