Our work spans hospitals, specialty care centers, and complex medical facilities, where we combine deep technical expertise with a human-centered approach. We collaborate closely with clients to create spaces that support patient well-being, streamline clinical workflows, and reflect the latest in healthcare design. 

Qualifications: 

• Architect licensed or pursuing
• Revit(preferred) or AutoCAD
• Healthcare, HCAI or OSHPD experience
• Technical skills, including creating architectural design, details, and documents
• Client communication experience 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and documentation of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, engineers, and internal staff, to deliver integrated and technically sound solutions.
• Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications, ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing studio culture.
• Stay current with healthcare design trends, building codes, and sustainability practices to inform project decisions.
