Position: Litigation Attorney - General Liability / Insurance Defense
Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed in California)
Compensation: $140,000 - $210,000/year
Experience Level: 4 years of litigation experience in insurance defense, general liability, professional liability, or medical malpractice.

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in defending clients across a range of liability claims. You'll be trusted to lead cases, shape strategy, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings.
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
- Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.
- Stay current on legal trends and case law.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in California.
- 4 years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.
- Strong legal writing and courtroom skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and communication.
