The Role
We're hiring our Founding AE and we need someone yesterday. This is a rare, high-ownership seat at the table - full-cycle, hands-on, and built for someone ready to help shape the playbook while executing it.
You'll sell directly to controllers, CFOs, and accounting firm leaders. Deals require real discovery, real follow-through, and the ability to help practical buyers build conviction around change. If that sounds like your sweet spot, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close
- Build pipeline through disciplined outbound and manage inbound with urgency
- Run deep discovery to map operational pain to clear ROI
- Partner with product and accounting teams to drive evaluations and close
- Help sharpen messaging, objection handling, and the sales motion as we grow
What You Bring
- 3 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven ability to close $40K-$100K ACV deals end to end
- High ownership mindset and strong follow-through
- Experience selling to CFOs, controllers, or accounting firms is a plus
Compensation
- $160,000-$240,000 OTE with uncapped commission
- Equity in a fast-growing startup
