Position Overview

Based near Denver, we're a long-standing fire and life-safety solutions provider known for delivering full-service design, installation, and maintenance across a broad range of fire protection systems. We support new construction and ongoing facility operations, and carry a strong reputation for technical expertise and dependable services.

 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts across our inspection, testing and maintenance verticals. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their fire protection needs, and providing solutions through our range of services, including fire sprinklers and alarms.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the fire protection sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' fire protection requirements.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business.

• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to fire protection.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

 

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience selling inspection, testing, and maintenance contracts across the fire life & safety industry

• Strong knowledge of fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and associated systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations 

• Experience in business development and account management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
