Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems according to local codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty fire alarm systems and components.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in fire alarm technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fire alarm systems is preferred.
- NICET certification in fire alarm systems is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
