Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other platforms
• Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and assist in trial preparation
• Maintain current knowledge of laws across multiple practice areas
• Participate in client consultations and develop case strategies
• Provide compassionate, high-quality legal counsel
• Engage in other practice areas based on your interests and experience
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• Prior experience in family law preferred but not required
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow
