- Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and equitable distribution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Provide clients with clear legal advice and effective strategies tailored to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest quality legal representation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing).
- 3 years of experience practicing family law preferred; strong litigation skills are a plus.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service.
