- Perform takeoffs and price all major cost components
- Work with subs and vendors for quotes
- Identify risks, constructability issues, and value engineering options
- 5 years estimating DOT or heavy highway work
- Experience with paving, bridges, earthwork, rehabs, airports
- Ability to build conceptual and final estimates
- HCSS experience a plus
