Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This position offers remote flexibility within California and focuses on providing expert legal advice and services in estate planning to our clients, particularly high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate planning law and demonstrate the ability to draft comprehensive estate plans that meet the clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
• Draft and review estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other related documents.
• Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex estate and gift tax regulations.
• Develop personalized estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in estate planning.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal concepts and procedures.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to implement estate plans.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning law.
• Strong understanding of estate and gift tax laws.
• Proficient in drafting estate planning documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with high net worth clients is a plus.
