Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to provide legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, and will be responsible for advising clients on compliance, representing them in disputes, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on employment law matters including compliance and risk management
• Represent clients in employment litigation cases before courts and administrative agencies
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Advise clients on wage and hour laws, including PAGA claims
• Conduct workplace investigations and handle employee grievances
• Train clients on best practices for maintaining compliance with employment laws

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Barred in FL
• 3 years of experience in employment law and litigation
• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and PAGA
• Ability to be client facing and counsel companies 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
