Responsibilities
- Estimate electrical and fire protection projects.
- Plan labor, equipment, and materials from start to finish.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Manage field personnel and subcontractors daily.
- Maintain compliance with construction standards and codes.
- Build and maintain client relationships to secure future work.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet quarterly and annual performance goals tied to incentives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with an electrical design-build contractor.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
- Proven ability to deliver profitable, on-time projects.
- Comfortable with group presentations and client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to travel overnight ~20% of the time.
- Must pass background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
