Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Help manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that all financial and time constraints are adhered to
- Facilitate communication between contractors, clients, and team members
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Strong understanding of industrial and commercial construction processes
- Familiarity with electrical systems and their application in projects
- Experience working in environments such as schools, healthcare facilities, and power plants
- Knowledge of union regulations, specifically IBEW guidelines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
