Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electric Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within the electrical construction sectors. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing project resources effectively to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion, focusing on healthcare and construction sectors.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all project records are maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management specifically within the electrical and construction sectors.
• Proven experience managing healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or federal project requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
