Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
- 1 years of experience in education law
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania Education Law regulations
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of School Law matters
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients to support their operational and transactional goals
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient client service
