Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Project Manager to oversee our commercial drywall projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing a team of professionals and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of drywall projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Lead and supervise a team of drywall installers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the project
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to management and clients
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best rates and quality of materials
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 3 years commercial drywall experience
• 3 years Project Management experience
• Experience with EIFS, stucco, acoustics, metal framing preferred
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
