Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed plumbing drawings and layouts using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Conduct take-offs and quantity estimations for plumbing materials.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Ensure all plumbing designs comply with local codes and regulations.
- Associate's degree in drafting or a related field.
- Proven experience as a draftsman/drafter, preferably in plumbing or MEP.
- Proficiency in CAD software and drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and take-off processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
