Position Overview:
You'll excel in this role if you are a process-driven leader with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a desire to build programs from the ground up. You should have proven experience in ISO 9001 customization, CAPA programs, and internal auditing. While a background in construction quality is preferred, this role primarily focuses on corporate Quality Assurance, supporting departments such as Engineering, HR, and Accounting.

Company Overview: 
We are partnering with a leading national general contractor specializing in heavy civil, energy, and infrastructure markets to find a Corporate Quality Manager. From utility-scale solar farms and wind energy systems to massive excavation and complex concrete structures, they build the essential infrastructure that powers the country. They are an industry giant currently in a high-growth phase.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive Corporate QA program from the ground up.
• Customize and manage an ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) for corporate departments.
• Lead CAPA programs to identify, document, and resolve systemic issues in Engineering, HR, and Accounting.
• Perform internal audits to ensure departmental compliance with established quality standards.
• Develop quality plans for specific large-scale projects, including civil, concrete, and renewable energy sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management.
• Proven track record in implementing or managing ISO 9001 or similar QMS frameworks.
• Expertise in CAPA management and root-cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong internal auditing skills with the ability to provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
