Title: Corporate M&A Attorney

Compensation: Base $115K-$140K Bonus opportunities ($30K )
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and should be able to first- or second- chair corporate matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity selection and formation, general corporate matters and sophisticated commercial contract work.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to inform corporate decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the corporate sector.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and active legal practice license.
- 2 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and litigation processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
