Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor quality standards and compliance.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure quality assurance practices are followed.
- Review and analyze quality control reports and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and guide site personnel on quality control processes and best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients regarding quality-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager, preferably in mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with semiconductor and data center construction processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
