Construction Superintendent (Commercial/Industrial) - to $135k

Amazing team - 110 year old company - Need an experienced Superintendent for Commercial/Industrial/Healthcare/Retail Facility projects

Company was founded 100 years ago, and projects are in the $5MM - $25MM range, ALL ground up construction.

Ideal candidate must be based in the DC downtown and western suburbs, and requiring MINIMAL travel in that region!

Lots of projects throughout the region, and a health pipeline of upcoming projects.

Must have experience with Ground-Up/New AND Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Educational or similar projects.

Need a strong leader that can get up to speed quickly and see projects through to completion

Travel allowances available as needed, including $1k vehicle allowance, gas, phone allowance and other applicable allowances.   100% Paid Healthcare as well.
