What You'll Do
- Lead and support commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing deals
- Navigate title reviews, loan transactions, legal opinions, and entitlements
- Draft and negotiate contracts, manage entity formation, and handle M&A transactions
- Work with clients across industries including construction, home services, and more
- 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Licensed to practice law (Florida preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Work with industry-leading clients in healthcare, energy, banking, and telecom

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
