Our Am Law 200 client is seeking a minimum 4 year corporate and real estate associate attorney who is a team player, self-starter, resourceful servant leader, and capable of leading and managing a team of associates effectively. Florida law license required. Full time in-office in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have the following relevant experience:
Required Experience:
Real Estate
- Commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to include:
- Experience with survey and title review
- Loan transactions
- Legal opinions
- Entitlements
- Commercial leases
- Liens
- Bonds
- Easements
Corporate Transactions
- Entity formation and governance;
- Mergers and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions);
- General contract review, revision and negotiation;
- Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus.
