What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts/Proposal Manager position at CyberCoders?
We are a large aerospace and defense company looking to bring on a Proposal Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of developing high quality, competitive proposals. You will be responsible for handling RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and BAAs. As a key member of the organization, this role orchestrates cross functional proposal teams, ensures strict adherence to solicitation requirements, and produces compelling, compliant submissions that meet deadlines and advance strategic growth goals. The ideal candidate brings strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, a proven track record supporting DoD and civilian agency pursuits, and the organizational rigor needed to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Our ideal candidate:
5 years of experience as a Proposal Manager
3 years of experience with Aerospace or Defense (FAR/DFAR)
3 years of experience with RFPs, RFIs, and BAA
Bachelor's Degree
